Everything is dislike location,client location. No one bothers about you and your skills, health, families etc better not to go. Don't join engineers, it's already outdated with very old people who doesn't encourage and make you feel you are employee. Don't take wrong decision in this AI era find best work place and work not company.

Totally like the crappy attitude of useless HRs. I always wanted something to push me to edge, and hCLs internal politics has that quality. Very good environment to fk your mental peace. Management is full of supporting people, if you are a Girl. No pedo, very safe environment. Safe for girls coz no manwhre from management level will take your no from teams and ping you on WhatsApp at middle of night. Hcl appreciate your work and passion and that's why compensation letter are only 6 months late with very huge hike of 2% After 9.30 hours of shift and 3 hours of extra work, you will have a plenty of time for your family and work life balance. Company policy implementation is really bad. They suddenly imposed the new policy. If you raise any concern they will not bother you. And the most painful part is EPB or engagement performance bonus. You just need to forget about it. They will not pay you the whole amount. Only 10 to 20 % of it will can expect.

In my term i have seen a team lead on a analyst position and an general agent who reports to him as a senior analyst i really don't know how and lead has less salary then his junior team members
