Big Infrastructure, Good Stable Company, good for the people who likes Job security! Salary is always on time, very good medical facilities and others employees' benefits. Overall, it is very nice company for sure!

Salary is on time but other incentives, your promotion, your bonus, your increments etc are in Arrears, You will get it for sure but always in arrears, HR is not at all effective. Just like your Job which is stable, your salary will be stable as well, please do not expect any other thing except Stability. Company culture in terms ofHR is not at all good, no major governance towards how management is calibrating an employee, how promotions are happening? That is the only reason I left HCLTech, otherwise, in other domains, might be the HR as people doing good things. HCLTech is a beautiful organization but some wrong people who are in that position to spoil the overall experience and culture, My advice is to hire good mature people in leadership positions and especially in HR domain. Please save this beautiful company and I'm the sure the top management are doing lots of things to streamlines the process down there but really need to put strong governance on middle management, specially in HR domain...Read More

Nothing as such, no projects in the name of supercharging in progress only managers will get promotion, other designation need to do exact job. That too client with no cab facility 😱

Everything is dislike location,client location. No one bothers about you and your skills, health, families etc better not to go. Don't join engineers, it's already outdated with very old people who doesn't encourage and make you feel you are employee. Don't take wrong decision in this AI era find best work place and work not company.

There is no projects, it's hire n fire policy, hire keep ppl on bench for 3 months then say search the job of ur self and fire ppl without telling.. Here they in CAE hired 200 ppl on the basis of a project bcoz they lost it, rather assigning them to other teams put them on bench and many were like 5-15 yrs experienced ppl. actually I wasted one year of time here because I gave face to face interview for 3 rounds after selecting to HCL their was a internal project discussion which means internal interview that guy was very rude and finally he told like I don't know any thing waste candidate for position ....my question is like if I am not capable for that position why HCL is selected me ?
