No hike/night shift allowance for E3 and above bands . Salary hike won't happen properly . Even if they give it will be less than 4% and can't expect when you will get a hike. Sometimes it take years together to get a hike..All depends on in which LOB you work for and which project is it long term or profit margin etc..will come to picture.so getting a hike has got multiple parameters. If all parameters fall in place you get a max 4%-5%.
