There process is very bad and they pressure rised so much for work and manager and every senior team are playing so much politics and there management are not able to understand the value of employees and they are using the post power for itself satisfaction it's very bad company don't come.

Big Infrastructure, Good Stable Company, good for the people who likes Job security! Salary is always on time, very good medical facilities and others employees' benefits. Overall, it is very nice company for sure!

Salary is on time but other incentives, your promotion, your bonus, your increments etc are in Arrears, You will get it for sure but always in arrears, HR is not at all effective. Just like your Job which is stable, your salary will be stable as well, please do not expect any other thing except Stability. Company culture in terms ofHR is not at all good, no major governance towards how management is calibrating an employee, how promotions are happening? That is the only reason I left HCLTech, otherwise, in other domains, might be the HR as people doing good things. HCLTech is a beautiful organization but some wrong people who are in that position to spoil the overall experience and culture, My advice is to hire good mature people in leadership positions and especially in HR domain. Please save this beautiful company and I'm the sure the top management are doing lots of things to streamlines the process down there but really need to put strong governance on middle management, specially in HR domain...Read More

Totally like the crappy attitude of useless HRs. I always wanted something to push me to edge, and hCLs internal politics has that quality. Very good environment to fk your mental peace. Management is full of supporting people, if you are a Girl. No pedo, very safe environment. Safe for girls coz no manwhre from management level will take your no from teams and ping you on WhatsApp at middle of night. Hcl appreciate your work and passion and that's why compensation letter are only 6 months late with very huge hike of 2% After 9.30 hours of shift and 3 hours of extra work, you will have a plenty of time for your family and work life balance. actually I wasted one year of time here because I gave face to face interview for 3 rounds after selecting to HCL their was a internal project discussion which means internal interview that guy was very rude and finally he told like I don't know any thing waste candidate for position ....my question is like if I am not capable for that position why HCL is selected me ?
