No salary increment No promotions They re conducting events but that was not organised but moreover it may depends on your project ..but I could see other employees are enjoying all such events where am not ! 😂 That's y am sayings it's purely based on your project

Worst Manager, worst management. Lot of micromanagement. There is Nippon app which will track you for every single minutes and if you are idle for 2 minutes, it will not consider your efforts. Minimum 8 hrs is mandatory. If you have any other offer please do consider that.

Cannot start they give promotions without a hike i got 1% for top rating my reportee whom i gave promotion and top rating got 26 rs in a year increment.This is a lala company trust me if you stay here for longer term you will not be able to fight inflation even.

Negligible appraisal. No promotions . There is no standard of giving salary. Junior employee in same team with lower band could have higher salary than senior with upper band. They do not give any goodies on Diwali/new year. They do not give any money on referrals. Just the extra miles points.

In HCL salary breakup is a biggest scam. Because if you are joining company with 15 LPA, your take home will be around 95K. Remaining 30k is not assured to return to you. So please dont join HCL if your family is fully depends only on your salary.

Now company has started working on new technologies and trying to make a product out of it, I am part of that team. So work satisfaction is there, along with no mandatory WFO ( it mostly depends on your project and manager).

Appraisals will be very less even if you are top performer. There are a lot of process involved to get certain approvals. No proper communication on hike cycle this time

One thing only that no one cares about you mean to say when are you coming or going to office...now it's upon you takes it positive or negative....HCLT or Wipro these companies are kind of Desi companies...if u r 3.1 + above band then 15-20 % salary they will make as bonus and wipe out

1) No Appreciation 2) No encouragement 3) For HCL you are only a resource who are working to generate revenue. But you don't dare to ask any rewards of your hardwork. If you will ask also no one will bothered. They ll treat you like you don't exit . Company only knows how to take from you. Inflation ll be completely ignore by hcl. Managers will never promote you instead rate you below so that you will never get hike. Managers think they are owners of company. Never value your skills as fresher if you ask they will put in Service desk. No skill fresher will be in developer roles. Skilled fresher will be in Service desk/ Supporting roles

Manager given too much power even if he's incompetent, HR non existent , too much politics like manager can twist company policies against u and there is no check. Leadership needs to be more competent. New comer less experience, average performance, but managers favorite will get appraisal in first few months even.
