1. Less number of team members leading to high work pressure during peak hours. 2. Unable to get expected leaves due to less number of team members. 3. Big Infrastructure, Good Stable Company, good for the people who likes Job security! Salary is always on time, very good medical facilities and others employees' benefits. Overall, it is very nice company for sure!

Salary is on time but other incentives, your promotion, your bonus, your increments etc are in Arrears, You will get it for sure but always in arrears, HR is not at all effective. Just like your Job which is stable, your salary will be stable as well, please do not expect any other thing except Stability. Company culture in terms ofHR is not at all good, no major governance towards how management is calibrating an employee, how promotions are happening? That is the only reason I left HCLTech, otherwise, in other domains, might be the HR as people doing good things. HCLTech is a beautiful organization but some wrong people who are in that position to spoil the overall experience and culture, My advice is to hire good mature people in leadership positions and especially in HR domain. Please save this beautiful company and I'm the sure the top management are doing lots of things to streamlines the process down there but really need to put strong governance on middle management, specially in HR domain...Read More
