Hcltech is actually big organization and a good MNC to start. I'm actually fresher joined couple of months back in supply chain operation. But there are some things is there in some project. Like in our case has hybrid model but Reporting manager is forcefully say to come office only. Even my native location is in Kolkata. I want to relocate in Kolkata & work with that office. Sometimes it take years together to get a hike..All depends on in which LOB you work for and which project is it long term or profit margin etc..will come to picture.so getting a hike has got multiple parameters. If all parameters fall in place you get a max 4%-5%.
