Having 15 yreas in HCL with good rating forced HR to resign which is not good and acceptable . Also When I asked to transfer to HCl Netherlands they didn't accept it. HR is too bad at all in HCL.

Nothing zero good about HCL. Unhappy totally with HCL. No benefits from HCL. Even IT support ppl also so rude. No manager gives reply. No one gives reply until we are adding his manager in loop. Never seen unprofessional Managers like this. Bench policy is worst.

Nalluri Geethikha is on of the Hyd hr. Talking smoothly and asking us to put down papers & saying we are not going to give early release so don’t worry you will get 3months notice. literally like this she giving wrong hopes & cheating bench ppl.

Don't have proper scale of despite the experience you have with you. Based on the skill set and experienced same must be revisited to give the emloyee.

No matter how much effort you keep on project, when they feel you are not require they will place you in bench. If they need you again they will start the play back games..

No appraisal and promotions from last 3 years.Worst insurance policy. No proper shift allowance, if we ask H.R to explain how my salary got splitted they don't have answer. I am just eagerly waiting to get out from this organisation once i get other opportunity.

The plus with HCL is like if you are lucky and get a good client/project you can have a good work life balance.

Their are multiple cons in the company - 1. They will deduct money from your salary unnecessarily in the name of variable which they say is rating based. I personally never got less than 9/10 in quarterly ratings but still they used to deduct around 60% from EPB. 2. Zero hikes / No promotions. In my almost 2 year career no hikes happened. 3. Nothing as such.. Just they provide peanuts salary on time and have lucrative infrastructure.

Bare minimum salary hikes. No promotion. Office politics too much. No job security, once you are in bench or rollout from project, your job will be in danger. Work life balance is pathetic... If you are working in support project they can call you anytime despite your shift gets over.

It depends on project and client you are having. If your client is good your life is good else vice versa. HCLTECH has good infra and flexibility in working hours.

1st thing is increment, they follow minimum increment rule. Retention policy of HCL is worst, it's sort of trap. HRs and backend team not accessible and they are good for nothing. Policy are not employee centric. Variables are not paid in full and increment gets delayed by 6-10 months which is total waste

It logistics team provide some low grade olx laptops followed by itfo who never be able to fix laptop issues they just do some basic troubleshooting and give the laptop back to employees there is another one connect team who closes tickets immidiatly after raising it, it’s a chain of activities that needs to be done even after that they don’t replace your laptop.
