There are very few and supporting leaders in the company.

No work life balance. No proper estimation and unrealistic targets which in turn affect the employees working timings without any allowance. We are forced to work in weekends to meet the target. Only 3% hike when the company can sponsor for cricket. HR doesn't support employees but rather support the leadership. Recruitment team is worst and not mapping resources correctly. Claim process is very slow. You can not expect work life balance and they expect us to work 365 days. No holiday

The management is biased and creating a shit of a good organization. No appraisals. No recognition. No growth. Only the management is growing by cost cutting and throwing people out of the organisation. Better to join a small organisation as there is no job security here also now.

The work life balance at BSERV was very poor. No Job Security... They have 25 reasons for putting a candidate to Bench apart from their poor performance. There is no work satisfaction and timely recognition. Also no timely promotions, there is no growth timely.

Performance Recognition was not there for truely deserved candidates. No Work-Life Balance. Poor Salary Package for BSERV Employees Very Pathetic manual oriented Performance Management System where RM's can do and write anything without justice to candidates. Auditors are thrown out to Bench once the audit cycle is over due to some or other reason by RM's. The Organization culture has been infected by senior executives who are more than 10 years at HCL, they take decisions haphazard Cally without data backup. There was worst IJP process followed, I was moved to Kalyan Appakka team and completed the training for 2 months, post training client was asking me to work full night shift which I denied due to health reasons, client suddenly threw me out of the project, and I was placed at Bench and HR also did not support me. It was going well with HCL but the way HCL people behaved with me many times especially during the last days of my time with HCL just to ruin my career is a worst experience which I have faced during my whole tenure. Pathetic experience in terms of working environment, people behavioral concerns etc. No support from anyone whether its your Seniors or HR or any other Team. In terms of policies and appraisals also its worst to work in HCL. I am very surprised to see that what kind of people especially Seniors we have in HCL who are highly responsible to destroy employee's career very effectively. HCLTech is one of the India's leading IT Services based organization. I will suggest to all the freshers to take an opportunity and get a MCN experience, HCL is the best for very earlier stage in your carrier. It's medical benefit is very nice.

There so many dislike points are there: 1. HCL doesn't have good resource allocation policy for the experience people. 2. Worst HR policy as a MNC organization. 3. Managent also not as good as MNC. 4. One the worst salary structure I ever seen in HCL. After changing HR policy CTC got effected and deduct more salary with the name of EPB bonus. 4. There is no job satisfaction dou to project allocation. Bench people doesn't know in what kind of project they will be assigned. 5. HCL talking project level interview as candidate experience with, after joined the project candidate can understand that project is not related to his/her experience. after 18 months you can change the project, if you don't like it. For females employees company is more flexible.

No Shift allowance, only Compensatory off for holiday work, No pay for overtime, Monthly Variable Payment deduction(Rs.1500-Rs.4000), if increment happens that is paid from Jan instead of Oct for E3 band
