Employees concerns will not be heard by management and HR. Concern raised about management favouritism towards language and location based hr response will be need to adjust and move on . More than 9 years hr don't connect with employees to understand employee concern also . Apprasial process favourable to management there is no control to employees even it discussed with HR and higher level management no action will be taken for employee impacted . Regarding promotion and role change raised to HR top level and management executive level went also,even tickets created for that also voices never listened.
