No hikes or minimum hikes which we are ashamed of even sharing with our family members. No promotions or if promoted absolutely no hike for getting promoted. They say Promotion is not linked with annual increase. This Company is a joke. They change annexure terms or policies every year so the minimum hikes you get at the end does not reflect any change in your take home. Infact we see decrease in our take home year on year.
