Salary hike is extremely worst. I'm very disappointed about that. And, they are very conscious about getting work from employee they treat like a machine.

HR team is worst in HCL. No promotions, no growth, they deduct salary without any justifiacation. You will be hired for X work and will assign you Y work!!!! No clarity why hired X skill set manpower when required Y skill set.

One dump become manager thinks HCL is his father company, makes his own rules. 1.He will try to promote one who buckets him. 2.High partiality, try to support his own language people. 3.Speaks very rudely. 4.He thinks, he knows everything. 5.He is unmarried and he doesn't have work life balance 6. He makes his own rules, he don't follow quality procedure

Nothing is in favour of employees and slogan of company like super charged progress seems super charged in salary deduction. There is no policy in HCL and whatever HR will say that is the policy even they don't follows there made policy. HCLTech is one of the India's leading IT Services based organization. I will suggest to all the freshers to take an opportunity and get a MCN experience, HCL is the best for very earlier stage in your carrier. It's medical benefit is very nice.

There so many dislike points are there: 1. HCL doesn't have good resource allocation policy for the experience people. 2. Worst HR policy as a MNC organization. 3. Managent also not as good as MNC. 4. One the worst salary structure I ever seen in HCL. After changing HR policy CTC got effected and deduct more salary with the name of EPB bonus. 4. There is no job satisfaction dou to project allocation. Bench people doesn't know in what kind of project they will be assigned. 5. HCL talking project level interview as candidate experience with, after joined the project candidate can understand that project is not related to his/her experience. after 18 months you can change the project, if you don't like it. For females employees company is more flexible.

No Shift allowance, only Compensatory off for holiday work, No pay for overtime, Monthly Variable Payment deduction(Rs.1500-Rs.4000), if increment happens that is paid from Jan instead of Oct for E3 band
