Honestly i stayed at HCL for almost 3 years and i liked nothing : 1. management who believes in ruining the personal life balance of an employee. 2. Close to nil appraisals - Regardless of all time best performance in a quater by HCL still HR said we are tight on budget. 3. Management is happy to reward themselves for literally doing nothing and giving zero to the employees 4. Even if you are applying for leaves a month ago for a planned event still the very last day management could reject ur leaves and even if they will approve they will say you won’t get any leaves in next 4 months like these leaves are just not meant for us. 5. The bonus component of CTC would never be given to you 100% . They will give you 60-70% and if you ask what was wrong in my performance they wouldn’t give you any answers. 6. They think giving wfh would let them utilise the employees for the whole day. They literally kept the standup calls at 8:45am and our official shift starts at 9:30am...Read More
