1. working hours there is no time limit of your shift. 2. Shift timing is changed every week or 2 times in a month. 3. Transport team is very bad. 4. HR said ask your questions but they guys have no answer about Appraisal or Salary increment/ promotion. 5. Appraisal is very bad like 1-5% only.

No timely appraisal and no appreciation on work. RnR are always a bluff those who do buttering will be nominated. Despite of working extra apart from work hours you might hear you don't deserve this job or designation Team Leaders and management are least bothered about employees and only care for fu..ing revenue. Full of people whodon't even know how to behave with Senior and trying to create unhealthy environment at workplace SME and team leaders are biased specialty when it come to their performance they start begging to leave a responsibility which u are bound with Raising complaints against people who are not doing right things is not acceptable by managers and so call management people. Intermediate qualified people work in PMOs and recruiting, they question and ask our weekly updates, pathetic experience. Increments are given only for every two years and that 0 to 3%. Favorism for promotions and surprise bonuses. Unrealistic demand for contribution to Value portal, just to meet the management targets. If work hours s 10 hrs means they are expecting us to work 15 hrs per day. Daily work extension and weekend support including sunday. All organisations will make us do the extensive works but here..they are expecting us to work without pay...worst thing ever... I never seen a work culture like this becoz...worst management ever.

Poor salary hike, people loyal to the company are under appreciated, no mechanism to match the salary of existing employees as per market standards no matter how skilled or certified we are. Lazy employees who are in good books with managers are not questioned leading to more workload on employees who are hard working. Regional politics and use of regional languages by senior management.

There is not timing login and logout time restrictions when you go physically to work. But they have a tool to make sure you worked 8 hours a day. Which is good.

Dislikes

The managers don't know how to control their mouth. They talk like how a government employee will misbehave. And HRs are puppets of the managers and DU heads. Very poor env to work. Give you 150% they will treat like you did only 50% and influence your performance bonus badly. Managers take it personally if you talk against their mistake on their face.
