Salary hike is extremely worst. I'm very disappointed about that. And, they are very conscious about getting work from employee they treat like a machine.

There is no projects, it's hire n fire policy, hire keep ppl on bench for 3 months then say search the job of ur self and fire ppl without telling.. Here they in CAE hired 200 ppl on the basis of a project bcoz they lost it, rather assigning them to other teams put them on bench and many were like 5-15 yrs experienced ppl. 1. Less number of team members leading to high work pressure during peak hours. 2. Unable to get expected leaves due to less number of team members. 3. I dislike is we dont get much perks here, no incentives, no growth, no hike, no bonus..you have to go behind the managers and ask for it..favouritism is prioritrized..no proper cafteria..no cab facility..drinking water smells sometimes..
