The work life balance at BSERV was very poor. No Job Security... They have 25 reasons for putting a candidate to Bench apart from their poor performance. There is no work satisfaction and timely recognition. Also no timely promotions, there is no growth timely.
Performance Recognition was not there for truely deserved candidates. No Work-Life Balance. Poor Salary Package for BSERV Employees Very Pathetic manual oriented Performance Management System where RM's can do and write anything without justice to candidates. Auditors are thrown out to Bench once the audit cycle is over due to some or other reason by RM's. The Organization culture has been infected by senior executives who are more than 10 years at HCL, they take decisions haphazard Cally without data backup. There was worst IJP process followed, I was moved to Kalyan Appakka team and completed the training for 2 months, post training client was asking me to work full night shift which I denied due to health reasons, client suddenly threw me out of the project, and I was placed at Bench and HR also did not support me. Company is good. I appreciate the companies policy. The.medicsl facility is really good.
Many old employees they create problems for new employees. Senior management they really do not care anything. Most of them are involved in favourtism groupism and various other corruptions. HCL must do very tight scrutiny on this and it will be helpful for the company to reduce the unnecessary staffing.

In HCL salary breakup is a biggest scam. Because if you are joining company with 15 LPA, your take home will be around 95K. Remaining 30k is not assured to return to you. So please dont join HCL if your family is fully depends only on your salary.

Liers, in press conferences they said appraisals will be given to employees in OCTOBER while they have not even provided it till December and is expected to move forward to JAN OR FEB which was earlier expected for July. In short since 2 years no appraisals. Moreover forget about appraisals, they will even cut your EPB component. They don’t even have any process for deciding EPB payout, they randomly decide it. If you want a safe job where you dont get laid off, then this is a good company. They give you a healthy work life balance.
Forget about appraisals, hikes or bonuses. In 2 years i got zero hike. When they change project they could change your base location even without your consent. I was hired as an automation engineer but later i had to switch to linux System Engineer role.
