No proper hike, don't fall for retention scam they don't provide you revised compensation letter or they will simply say they are trying to retain you and make you work till last day and say we haven't received approval and HR especially the one named Govind and Kimoth are toxic they act like they own hcl and play internal politics and fool you

Not really a good place for career but good place to start.

Dislikes

For PMO it's really bad place to work. No proper structure or learning for career, just hang around managing some unprofessional problems. Over extended work. Manager keeps throwing random and big things on you. Very old school thoughts right from top management. Don't fall for job security. Have your own goals and learning path.
