I would like to mention my outsystems training experience, it's such a worst experience I never experienced in my lifetime there is trainer named Radha Nanjundha Swamy with 10+ years of experience and Surendra Naruka, she itself doesn't know outsystem but Hcl appointed her as an an trainer for us instead of teaching she will be torchering and blaming for everything whenever I reach out for doubts she will be asking me share screen and turn on camera and laughing. She and Surender has left a long-lasting pain and trauma. I worked in low code development so project opening is very few and I joined here as an fresher, Hcl don't trust freshers like me for project each and every project they require 3+ experience so even after clearing client interview due to less experience they won't deploy us into project It's not a best option to join hcl as an fresher instead we can join startup to get more knowledge and work experience...Read More
