There are very few and supporting leaders in the company.

No work life balance. No proper estimation and unrealistic targets which in turn affect the employees working timings without any allowance. We are forced to work in weekends to meet the target. Only 3% hike when the company can sponsor for cricket. HR doesn't support employees but rather support the leadership. Hikes not more than 10% even you are exceptional performer. Promotions not happens. High work load. work life balance not apply. Poor HR policies.

Intermediate qualified people work in PMOs and recruiting, they question and ask our weekly updates, pathetic experience. Increments are given only for every two years and that 0 to 3%. Favorism for promotions and surprise bonuses. Unrealistic demand for contribution to Value portal, just to meet the management targets. HR team is worst in HCL. No promotions, no growth, they deduct salary without any justifiacation. You will be hired for X work and will assign you Y work!!!! No clarity why hired X skill set manpower when required Y skill set.

Bad Culture....Top level enjoying like government No Job security - 4 weeks in bench ,then slient layoff Montly variable pay - Engagement performance bonus ,though u got above 8 rating most of the times deduction above 50% Annual variable pay- for sure they won't give Instead of giving 1000 crores as charity ,better hcl need to consider their hard work employees pain ....2023 paper released on 2025 January...that too for 2% and no change for most of the employees ....which shows where hcl is going....
