It was going well with HCL but the way HCL people behaved with me many times especially during the last days of my time with HCL just to ruin my career is a worst experience which I have faced during my whole tenure. Pathetic experience in terms of working environment, people behavioral concerns etc. No support from anyone whether its your Seniors or HR or any other Team. In terms of policies and appraisals also its worst to work in HCL. I am very surprised to see that what kind of people especially Seniors we have in HCL who are highly responsible to destroy employee's career very effectively. Before joining, I had not checked the project duration. Literally It has been closed, and luckily I found a new position. its 6months. I heard there would be a delay in bounus payout, but it works out to a minimum of four months and no maximum. Delay increments by 6 months. According to the calendar, there may be many holidays, but they are limited to nine days.(9 or 6 + 3 formats) If you do not get a project after the closure, you will be moved to the bench and given 60 days to find a job or quit.
