Before joining, I had not checked the project duration. Literally It has been closed, and luckily I found a new position. its 6months. I heard there would be a delay in bounus payout, but it works out to a minimum of four months and no maximum. Delay increments by 6 months. According to the calendar, there may be many holidays, but they are limited to nine days.(9 or 6 + 3 formats) If you do not get a project after the closure, you will be moved to the bench and given 60 days to find a job or quit. Workholic people will be bored. If you did not get the projects in you area in interest or expertise, you will need to change your area. its hard....Read More
