If you ask for an increment they will say it like we're not doing well and the client is not happy with our performance. But their financials say there's a huge profit.

Nowadays I feel that they are considering only the organization growth not about the employees genuine concerns which leads employees to get frustrated at some point.

Perks and benefits are not good and deduction in salary on the basis of performance which is not good by compony . Every employee wants more and more hikes and who do not perform well for money . Who wants deduction but compony policy is to deduct from variables on the basis of performance .washrooms and breakout area are not hygienic .

I have been working here from 2.5 years and there was no hike from past 2 years last month received hike even that is not justified. No Proper clarification for anything, Their Unified ticket tool is also not worth their team is not responding properly. They are just closing the tickets without clarifications.

Seriously a bad management, no humanity, no concern for agents, no appraisals, no incentives, no perks, no bonus, no outings, no enthusiasm, they won't even care if you are sick you are supposed to come to office faint or die and then they would accept that you are actually sick orelse you can never get sick as per them

Overall Company policies are good and infrastructure facility also good as well.

Job security is Zero 0 it may be in my process only and magers also very hard to understand and not professional as well. When you will try to report the issues to the HR then no hearing will be there for employee.

You will not be allowed to avail the leave either planned or unplanned (This will be directly told by your HR in group meetings)

After joining in the company no one will look into our problems,they won't respond to mails, calls, etc. Issues will not solved and Management is very very very worst

Management and HRs are very very bad. One manager name Mohit from Australia and Rohini from Singapore of my project for BP are very bad. HR name vikash also very bad. They are not listening any one. They are also sitting abroad and playing with companies brand value. Management should look into those person. For those kind of people others are getting suffocated at work location.

Overall HCL Tech is a very good company. If you need anything HCL provided like timing shift training no pressure from the senior side it very good hybrid policy I am completely satisfied with the company's working process.

I have been in hcl from past 5 years and it an OK company. Job security is good here. They will definitely align you in a project if you on bench. So okay for that. Appraisals are not so good they will always hold the appraisal letter untill December of every year. Work culture has been getting decreased day by day as they don't hire much. I wish I had an option to give a rating of 0. Everyday it haunts me for joining this org. From salary appraisal/promotion to work environment and company policies -its a complete package of the worst company title to be awarded. Please do not join as you will be trapped after joining and may even start questioning your own ability to star looking outside. Cannot start they give promotions without a hike i got 1% for top rating my reportee whom i gave promotion and top rating got 26 rs in a year increment.This is a lala company trust me if you stay here for longer term you will not be able to fight inflation even.

No body interferes Because no body cares what you are doing. All depends on the client feedback.

List is huge There is no proper timeline for increment letters Every year they change the effective date of the increment Manager only listens if there is client escalation Management are super busy they dont ping back on your chats Management does not have the clear answer on any thing. They dont care if employee is satisfied or not.

Overall HCLTech is a good company considering company is having number of projects and job security. HCL is providing good environment for growth, learning with the medium of trainings and seminars. Good work-life balance :)
