Some of my colleagues were badly abused and exploited, when they complaint, they were released from project without taking any actions. HCL fill seats of projects with family or friends of client which results in bad culture and dirty politics withinproject. Here people work for their own survival not for learning or innovation. HRs in HCL never respond or rudely respond to queries raised which further demotivate the zeal of a person working at HCL. Appraisal cycles are always delayed and postponed.
