Your life depends solely on your RM. Not on your ability, skills or knowledge. If your RM wants he can get you out of the project anytime or he will torture you and humiliate you in the meeting so that you exit the project. The HRs are worthless. They will do nothing if you RM does not order. They will simply say that they don't have anything to help you, whatever your manager will say we will do that. No overtime benefit. Very bad career growth. People are leaving because there are no hike or promotion in last 2 years. Freashers are forced to come to office regularly even during Covid last year. The Jigani campus employees are horrible, managers will force you to work 12 hours to finish the work, Lastly there is discrimination on the basis of education, looks and pronounciation. If you are M.Tech and your RM is b.tech then you will face huge non cooperation and harasment, if you are not south indian and dark you will have a very tough time under some of the Managers in Jigani campus....Read More

Suggest how to switch support to MERN

Hey there! I'm working in HCLTECH and have 3 years of experience in a support project simple copy and paste. I have learned HTML, CSS, Javascript, React.js , Node.ja (MERN stack). Also giving an interview right now 10-11 I have appeared. Not selected anywhere. Some interviews I have answered all questions but I didn't hear back. Asking for expected CTC 8 lpa and current is 4lpa. Please suggest how to crack a MERN interview. Do I need to be ready for machine coding rounds Because in the first round I have an idea right now, javascript basics, some coding questions on array and strings also concept of react and node. Please suggest what areas I should focus on. How to tell the interviewer I am a MERN developer not working on a support project because one interviewer had doubts. If someone switched please share your experience Thank you all for your time.
