There is no projects, it's hire n fire policy, hire keep ppl on bench for 3 months then say search the job of ur self and fire ppl without telling.. Here they in CAE hired 200 ppl on the basis of a project bcoz they lost it, rather assigning them to other teams put them on bench and many were like 5-15 yrs experienced ppl. If u r inHCL, which ever field you r in there is job security. Be careful about that....Read More

1. Less number of team members leading to high work pressure during peak hours. 2. Unable to get expected leaves due to less number of team members. 3. Working in 5 different shifts as required by the team. Sometimes different shifts in the same week as well. 4. What is salary hike? never heard of it.

I dislike is we dont get much perks here, no incentives, no growth, no hike, no bonus..you have to go behind the managers and ask for it..favouritism is prioritrized..no proper cafteria..no cab facility..drinking water smells sometimes..
