Nothing is liked about the company.

Dislikes

Management is so bad not giving any apprisals or promotions as well. Also company is not having any projects and losing clients day by day. Most of the projects are support levels. No any further exposure to new technologies. Management not approving basic needs like performance reward, internet expense, Cab facilities etc.

Senior management and hr policies are too poor. Pathetic training, zero assistance for switching verticals. No mentorship whatsoever( personal opinion) Regional politics plays a major role in defining your growth. experience may vary according to projects, but in my experience, there is inefficient leadership on both technical and managerial levels. Employees feel demotivated easily because of a toxic work environment. Not to mention the pay scale that is shown for a fresher is the largest in the market, but the in-hand salary is the least. Do not join as a fresher. Oh, by the way- they are not gonna let you withdraw your PF contributions.
