One dump become manager thinks HCL is his father company, makes his own rules. 1.He will try to promote one who buckets him. 2.High partiality, try to support his own language people. 3.Speaks very rudely. 4.He thinks, he knows everything. 5.He is unmarried and he doesn't have work life balance 6. Regarding The US project, Please Note: if you are ready to work as a slave, You are a perfect fit for this company and Note : ( you don't have an allowance for US projects Night shift). You don't get your "Variable pay" Every three months, they create new policies without any information. One of these policies seems like a way to steal your salary under the name of EPB adjustment Monthly For example, it starts with 500Rs and may increase based on your salary range. Company is an excellent, female’s employees are over protected by the organisation. Company has health insurance that is very useful. They have so many benefits for pregnant ladies like insurance also in cabs they will carefully taken care. Infrastructure is awesome.
HR will not respond properly. No one will question what every happen inside the project. Some managers are from heaven so no one can ask anything to them even they hurt the employees emotionally inside the project. There is no rules for the heavenly managers.

One of the worst leaders you will come across in your corporate career who cares the least about their subordinates or agents. All managers are puppets to their executive leaders. No hikes or minimum hikes which we are ashamed of even sharing with our family members. No promotions or if promoted absolutely no hike for getting promoted. They say Promotion is not linked with annual increase. This Company is a joke. Senior management is not approachable. 12 hrs working time.. sometimes they asked weekend support without any monetary benefits. You can't learn any thing apart from the project. Salary is very less. Case is now pending with Mumbai Police, Delhi Police, TN Police, National Human Rights Commission, Chief Minister Cell, National Commission for Women, Supreme Court and Media/Press.
