Management is full of supporting people, if you are a Girl. No pedo, very safe environment. Safe for girls coz no manwhre from management level will take your no from teams and ping you on WhatsApp at middle of night. Hcl appreciate your work and passion and that's why compensation letter are only 6 months late with very huge hike of 2% After 9.30 hours of shift and 3 hours of extra work, you will have a plenty of time for your family and work life balance. HR can Totally log off by 5 pm without addressing your issue but you can't log off even if you have period, fever or almost dying...Read More
