Management is full of politics,I am a third party resource there but so far none of the 3rd party resource has been converted in spite of their outstanding performance. Incident Management team has been replaced with automation, they refused to provide me another role in their project as it is a win win situation for them when it comes to third party resource. join HCL only in their Payroll and not as a 3rd party. Although if your manager is good, he will convert you to permanent....Read More

Is the market for support agents dead right now... Have been trying to get a callback related to remote desktop support positions as well as incident management process. Any suggestion or help would be appreciated 👍 Update- I have started getting calls now, just 8 days left .. hopeful I wouldn't be empty handed.
