Anytime they can fire the employees. Also, nother indian and south indian concept is very high. If you are from North and working in South ⬇️ ndia, you will face problems at every stage.

Actually it's a nice company but after the separation and pre separation the situation arise it's not upto the mark.. Acquisition is happen but it's not smooth as compared to others...I would like to join again if they have clarity in the salary structure and position

Manager given too much power even if he's incompetent, HR non existent , too much politics like manager can twist company policies against u and there is no check. Leadership needs to be more competent. New comer less experience, average performance, but managers favorite will get appraisal in first few months even. While u beinga great performer but boss doesn't personally like u, he will gv appraisal that too hike of 6% in 2.5 years (first appraisal after 2.5yrs). There are very few and supporting leaders in the company.

No work life balance. No proper estimation and unrealistic targets which in turn affect the employees working timings without any allowance. We are forced to work in weekends to meet the target. Only 3% hike when the company can sponsor for cricket. HR doesn't support employees but rather support the leadership. There is no projects, it's hire n fire policy, hire keep ppl on bench for 3 months then say search the job of ur self and fire ppl without telling.. Here they in CAE hired 200 ppl on the basis of a project bcoz they lost it, rather assigning them to other teams put them on bench and many were like 5-15 yrs experienced ppl. 1. Less number of team members leading to high work pressure during peak hours. 2. Unable to get expected leaves due to less number of team members. 3. Working in 5 different shifts as required by the team. Sometimes different shifts in the same week as well. 4. What is salary hike? never heard of it.

I dislike is we dont get much perks here, no incentives, no growth, no hike, no bonus..you have to go behind the managers and ask for it..favouritism is prioritrized..no proper cafteria..no cab facility..drinking water smells sometimes..

actually I wasted one year of time here because I gave face to face interview for 3 rounds after selecting to HCL their was a internal project discussion which means internal interview that guy was very rude and finally he told like I don't know any thing waste candidate for position ....my question is like if I am not capable for that position why HCL is selected me ?
