It was going well with HCL but the way HCL people behaved with me many times especially during the last days of my time with HCL just to ruin my career is a worst experience which I have faced during my whole tenure. Pathetic experience in terms of working environment, people behavioral concerns etc. No support from anyone whether its your Seniors or HR or any other Team. In terms of policies and appraisals also its worst to work in HCL. I am very surprised to see that what kind of people especially Seniors we have in HCL who are highly responsible to destroy employee's career very effectively. Worst management No option for career growth At Bangalore campus food option is limited on non business hrs(although its a 24x7 company) Hike 1% or less. ODC s are pathetic with worst chairs. No scope of any improvement as it may incur cost to the project and they will not provide

While I truly appreciate the opportunities and growth I've experienced at my company, one challenge I've noticed is the occasional overlap in responsibilities when working on smaller teams. However ,this has also taught me valuable skills in adaptability and cross-functional collaboration, which I consider a strength moving forward.

Pathetic company. Never join HCL and in case you have to then leave within 2-3 years maximum

Nothing is there to like. Initially job security was a benifit now they are making increasing efforts to make sure all experienced employees leave and they fill all positions with interns and freshers for a salary of less than 15k month

For learning and experience this is good company.

Negligible appraisal. No promotions . There is no standard of giving salary. Junior employee in same team with lower band could have higher salary than senior with upper band. They do not give any goodies on Diwali/new year. They do not give any money on referrals. Just the extra miles points.

Totally satisfied I am very happy with hcl health Care, all the staff are very helpful and manager and all seniors are very caring and understanding.Learned a lot by coming here.

1. HCL healthcare provides health checkup

1. Health cover of 5 lac with room cap limit of 5 thousand in ncr location. And there is copay as well for dependent. 2. Policies are created with respect to employer benefit like Engagement monthly bonus which they cut on monthly basis even if you have 9 score out of 10. 3. Not good hikes and generally at 3 and 4%. 4. HR has no role.

If you come inside this company please don't expect any salary increase and career growth ever. Their variable is the biggest scam and everytime you receive the very little hike most of it goes into variable and they always reduce the variable and you end up with reduced salary.
