Hcl Tech EPB ( engagement or employee performance bonus) deduction issue.

Hi friends, I am sharing an important information with you. I have recently joined HCL tech. Last December, 2024 my first quarterly appraisal was done. I got near about 7+ out of 10. As of now everything was okay. But this month i.e March,2025 I got only 30% of my EPB component. I then connected with my HR and Manager and RM also but no response. Everyone said, I will check it etc etc....then I talked to one of my colleagues and got to know that if the rating is below 8.5 then 20 to 30% of the EPB component will be credited. Wow 😂...really shocked. Every one in HCL has this issue or concern. So guys if you are a new joiner, be cautious about your quarter or annual rating. Do not accept less than 8.5 or else it will be hugely impacted to your salary slip. Also 7.15 out of 10 is around 70%+...but how they were calculated 30%.. don't know...really bad policy implementation...I am now deciding to leave it now...

There is no projects, it's hire n fire policy, hire keep ppl on bench for 3 months then say search the job of ur self and fire ppl without telling.. Here they in CAE hired 200 ppl on the basis of a project bcoz they lost it, rather assigning them to other teams put them on bench and many were like 5-15 yrs experienced ppl. If u r inHCL, which ever field you r in there is job security. Be careful about that....Read More

actually I wasted one year of time here because I gave face to face interview for 3 rounds after selecting to HCL their was a internal project discussion which means internal interview that guy was very rude and finally he told like I don't know any thing waste candidate for position ....my question is like if I am not capable for that position why HCL is selected me ? Salary is on time but other incentives, your promotion, your bonus, your increments etc are in Arrears, You will get it for sure but always in arrears, HR is not at all effective. Just like your Job which is stable, your salary will be stable as well, please do not expect any other thing except Stability. Company culture in terms ofHR is not at all good, no major governance towards how management is calibrating an employee, how promotions are happening? That is the only reason I left HCLTech, otherwise, in other domains, might be the HR as people doing good things. HCLTech is a beautiful organization but some wrong people who are in that position to spoil the overall experience and culture, My advice is to hire good mature people in leadership positions and especially in HR domain.
