HCLTech is one of the India's leading IT Services based organization. I will suggest to all the freshers to take an opportunity and get a MCN experience, HCL is the best for very earlier stage in your carrier. It's medical benefit is very nice.

There so many dislike points are there: 1. HCL doesn't have good resource allocation policy for the experience people. 2. Worst HR policy as a MNC organization. 3. Managent also not as good as MNC. 4. One the worst salary structure I ever seen in HCL. After changing HR policy CTC got effected and deduct more salary with the name of EPB bonus. 4. There is no job satisfaction dou to project allocation. Bench people doesn't know in what kind of project they will be assigned. 5. HCL talking project level interview as candidate experience with, after joined the project candidate can understand that project is not related to his/her experience. Salary hike is extremely worst. I'm very disappointed about that. And, they are very conscious about getting work from employee they treat like a machine.

HR team is worst in HCL. No promotions, no growth, they deduct salary without any justifiacation. You will be hired for X work and will assign you Y work!!!! No clarity why hired X skill set manpower when required Y skill set.

Bad Culture....Top level enjoying like government No Job security - 4 weeks in bench ,then slient layoff Montly variable pay - Engagement performance bonus ,though u got above 8 rating most of the times deduction above 50% Annual variable pay- for sure they won't give Instead of giving 1000 crores as charity ,better hcl need to consider their hard work employees pain ....2023 paper released on 2025 January...that too for 2% and no change for most of the employees ....which shows where hcl is going.... after 18 months you can change the project, if you don't like it. For females employees company is more flexible.

No Shift allowance, only Compensatory off for holiday work, No pay for overtime, Monthly Variable Payment deduction(Rs.1500-Rs.4000), if increment happens that is paid from Jan instead of Oct for E3 band

1 No work life balance. 2 Well being is getting disturbed. 3 10 hours of shift. 4 Extending shift is normal here without getting OT. 5 Leadership is very bad, no support and always pressurise. 6 work load is high, they tend to get the work of 6 people from 4.

They don’t provide you compensation on basic pay. They will increase your variable incomes like HRA and will keep the basic pay as it is. No promotion. HRs does not take responsibility for anything. Don’t work here if you want to live a stress free life.
