Actually it's a nice company but after the separation and pre separation the situation arise it's not upto the mark.. Acquisition is happen but it's not smooth as compared to others...I would like to join again if they have clarity in the salary structure and position

Manager given too much power even if he's incompetent, HR non existent , too much politics like manager can twist company policies against u and there is no check. Leadership needs to be more competent. New comer less experience, average performance, but managers favorite will get appraisal in first few months even. There are very few and supporting leaders in the company.

No work life balance. No proper estimation and unrealistic targets which in turn affect the employees working timings without any allowance. We are forced to work in weekends to meet the target. Only 3% hike when the company can sponsor for cricket. HR doesn't support employees but rather support the leadership. Hikes not more than 10% even you are exceptional performer. Promotions not happens. High work load. work life balance not apply. Poor HR policies.

Hcl was good in before 2022 and the project managers knows how to get business and things

Current mangement especially Suresh Khanna who is taking care of utmost project is very poor. He doesn’t mind to bring new projects to HCL rather he wants to chit chat with girls and provide all promotion,increment,OT and on-site opportunities. There is a girl in his team who don’t know to work. If someone ask questions he behaves like hitler. This project is completely hitler rule no one can question him. He himself says I can do anything. Based on project and manager your skills will develop. There so many learning platforms and certification opportunities but they won't allow you in skill full projects

I worked in Cisco projects, there are so many disgusting managers in the Cisco LOB. They won't allow you develop your skills and professional life. you won't get a project which suits your skill set. Salary hike is point of worry. Please don’t expect hike. Negotiate as much as possible before your joining so that you will not have regret of being under paid but yes always remember your future salary also depends on what are you getting previously.

I liked that the work environment is not toxic. We can go for a walk in the break time to refresh the mind.

I don't like the timings of the shift here. 10hours shift + 3hrs travel time. And according to the shift time and work load salary is very less than expected.
