Everything else is a dislike. There is no skill development, managers behave like 'sarkari babus'. Higher management is unreachable...too many restrictions...you can't even open YouTube (imagine!) Many more dislikes but I don't really want to waste my time n energy listing them down here

Good annual full body checkup for employees and their family
Recruiter promised that I will be receiving the entire variable pay for the first year but I received only for a month and from second month I have not even received 50 percent. No hike/night shift allowance for E3 and above bands . Every project have 3 managers (reporting manager, service managers, who will be part of HCL for 10 or 15 years ) , and who used to micromanage to an extreme, they will ask you to work on company holiday and they won’t approve your comp off or Pay for the holiday. Job security nothing more than that and so many projects have very pathetic work environment managers are egotistic and not a manager as skill just based on tenure spend their life in HCL and they don’t have good increment or roles so all the frustration to the new resources who have much package and knowledge.
No Increment even achieved top rating in the team. No promotion, No on-site opportunity (just for favourites)

HR team is worst in HCL. No promotions, no growth, they deduct salary without any justifiacation. You will be hired for X work and will assign you Y work!!!! No clarity why hired X skill set manpower when required Y skill set.

Nothing is in favour of employees and slogan of company like super charged progress seems super charged in salary deduction. Highly political and toxic work environment with biased bosses. No proper escalation channels for HR people - even I am in the HR, still we don’t have anywhere to go ! No work life balance. No salary hikes or fair appraisals despite hard work. Rude and very disrespectful colleagues and managers. Office politics at its peak ! No career growth or recognition. You will chances to learn new or latest technologies. Able learn process and procedures to handle new clients or Bidding projects etc.
Salary hike won't happen properly . Even if they give it will be less than 4% and can't expect when you will get a hike. Sometimes it take years together to get a hike..All depends on in which LOB you work for and which project is it long term or profit margin etc..will come to picture.so getting a hike has got multiple parameters. If all parameters fall in place you get a max 4%-5%.

The senior manager should keep skip level meeting to juniors. Also the manager should verify the OT payments. There are few managers like Suresh Khanna who literally loot project budget money and give to girls like OT. Also this guy doesn’t have professional behaviour. He used to speak bad words in front of girls sitting in client location
