Actually it's a nice company but after the separation and pre separation the situation arise it's not upto the mark.. Acquisition is happen but it's not smooth as compared to others...I would like to join again if they have clarity in the salary structure and position

Only 18 Paid leaves are available including PL,SL,CL,EL. If you're not good in work they will definately fire you. Strict WFO policies. Unnecessary cost cuttings Work life is not balance in most of the projects. No growth no promotion no salary hike. They always expect your contribution in more than one project.

1. Less number of team members leading to high work pressure during peak hours. 2. Unable to get expected leaves due to less number of team members. 3. Working in 5 different shifts as required by the team. Sometimes different shifts in the same week as well. 4. What is salary hike? never heard of it.

The work balance is good..u get the time for ur own..and you can njoy working( dependent on you post and projecf you are deployed to)

I dislike is we dont get much perks here, no incentives, no growth, no hike, no bonus..you have to go behind the managers and ask for it..favouritism is prioritrized..no proper cafteria..no cab facility..drinking water smells sometimes..
