I need help with selecting the right organization for the role of AWS-DevOps engineer role.
I have offers from these two organizations:
1) EXL Services - Offering total CTC of 25 LPA (22.5 Fixed, C1 Manager band) (More inclined to take this one)
2) HCLtech - Offering total CTC of 22 LPA (18.7 Fixed , Associate Consultant)
