As a fresher I ve learnt more.. But at the same time few of my friends didn't learn anything...so that depends on where you are !

No salary increment No promotions They re conducting events but that was not organised but moreover it may depends on your project ..but I could see other employees are enjoying all such events where am not ! 😂 That's y am sayings it's purely based on your project

There are very few and supporting leaders in the company.

Dislikes

No work life balance. No proper estimation and unrealistic targets which in turn affect the employees working timings without any allowance. We are forced to work in weekends to meet the target. Only 3% hike when the company can sponsor for cricket. HR doesn't support employees but rather support the leadership. When raised for any concerns managers target your appraisal stating it's the bell curve and it works the same way in all the projects....Read More

No remuneration . Got promoted to management role, but salary not revised as per role. No opportunity for career growth and support for right salary, recognition. Always retaining as under paid.

HCLtech has an excellent work environment based on people, place and culture. The learning opportunity is plenty .

Dislikes

Growth opportunity is limited and slow, appraisals are always delayed and hike is below industry standard.

Salary, Career growth. Bringing Intermediate/12th class qualified people when there is so much unemployment in the market. Intermediate qualified people work in PMOs and recruiting, they question and ask our weekly updates, pathetic experience. Increments are given only for every two years and that 0 to 3%. Favorism for promotions and surprise bonuses. Unrealistic demand for contribution to Value portal, just to meet the management targets. Recruitment team is worst and not mapping resources correctly. Claim process is very slow. You can not expect work life balance and they expect us to work 365 days. No holiday

Regarding The US project, Please Note: if you are ready to work as a slave, You are a perfect fit for this company and Note : ( you don't have an allowance for US projects Night shift). You don't get your "Variable pay" Every three months, they create new policies without any information. One of these policies seems like a way to steal your salary under the name of EPB adjustment Monthly For example, it starts with 500Rs and may increase based on your salary range. The HR and US project manager are the worst Both are well-trained to fool the employees. HCL has all this support project and suck blood of you all the time, manager and team leads have no ears wats so ever to your concerns all they worry about is SLA, Cafeteria sucks big time even though it's not heavy on your pocket, Management is wast of time, Transportation has no idea to route employees correctly as there are some morons sitting there and have no clue how to roster, work life balance has no value at HCL...Read More

Leave policy is not good, very less leaves. Bench policy is not at all good, there is always a situation if you don't get the project you have to leave the company. No increment letter received since last 2 years.
