My experienced with HCL is not good, they called employee even in COVID 19 wave 1, wave2 , management pressure some how you reach work location then you come to know only 3 to 5 employee persent and odc network not accessible due issue how can some work if network not available, i did worked from mobile hotspot and along with that management has not interested in employee work life balance . And worst part is seperation they hold you salary from the same month your resign and subsequent months also if any asset you hold and clear the whole hold salary in full n final settlement so it's a trap do fall in it...4 months you will be without salary....Read More
