Company is great to start out at, it is basically getting paid to go to school again. They give you a lot of trainings to complete to develop you skills and learning about different subjects. Good benefits and 401k.

Dislikes

Terrible communication from management and lower. People will talk over each other in meetings and try to blame someone else other than make up for their own mistakes. Finding at project is near impossible within the company, when they do try to give you a project they will try and give you one that is no where near your skill-set and would waste your time. There is terrible time management and when to send people messages on teams or email (because you are working with people all over the world.) you will get multiple notifications through out the night (between 12am-5am) and expect you to either make the meeting before you wake up or even acknowledge the messages....Read More

Salary/hike is a major concern, there appraisal cycle takes 3+ months to release a updated compensation that to with very less increment. Work life balance totally depends on the project.
