Nothing zero good about HCL. Unhappy totally with HCL. No benefits from HCL. Even IT support ppl also so rude. No manager gives reply. No one gives reply until we are adding his manager in loop. Never seen unprofessional Managers like this. Bench policy is worst.

Nalluri Geethikha is on of the Hyd hr. Talking smoothly and asking us to put down papers & saying we are not going to give early release so don’t worry you will get 3months notice. literally like this she giving wrong hopes & cheating bench ppl.

No appraisal and promotions from last 3 years.Worst insurance policy. No proper shift allowance, if we ask H.R to explain how my salary got splitted they don't have answer. I am just eagerly waiting to get out from this organisation once i get other opportunity.

Totally like the crappy attitude of useless HRs. I always wanted something to push me to edge, and hCLs internal politics has that quality. Very good environment to fk your mental peace. Management is full of supporting people, if you are a Girl. No pedo, very safe environment. Safe for girls coz no manwhre from management level will take your no from teams and ping you on WhatsApp at middle of night. Hcl appreciate your work and passion and that's why compensation letter are only 6 months late with very huge hike of 2% After 9.30 hours of shift and 3 hours of extra work, you will have a plenty of time for your family and work life balance. One of the worst leaders you will come across in your corporate career who cares the least about their subordinates or agents. All managers are puppets to their executive leaders. No hikes or minimum hikes which we are ashamed of even sharing with our family members. No promotions or if promoted absolutely no hike for getting promoted. They say Promotion is not linked with annual increase. This Company is a joke. They change annexure terms or policies every year so the minimum hikes you get at the end does not reflect any change in your take home. Infact we see decrease in our take home year on year.
