Recruiter promised that I will be receiving the entire variable pay for the first year but I received only for a month and from second month I have not even received 50 percent. No hike/night shift allowance for E3 and above bands . I could enjoy the perks like brandname and ability to get a transfer to any location in India. Also there are some benefits like tie up some brands like samsung, lg etc.

Lot of office politics, too much control from top level management, abuse of powers, little to no hikes and the list goes on. HRs really dont have much of functioning as managers hold power and HRs are useless and helpless.

Hcltech is actually big organization and a good MNC to start. I'm actually fresher joined couple of months back in supply chain operation. But there are some things is there in some project. Like in our case has hybrid model but Reporting manager is forcefully say to come office only. Even my native location is in Kolkata. I want to relocate in Kolkata & work with that office. But I'm not very sure hcl has such policy or not however I didn't tell him. But due to the medical reason I need to go there i don't know how thing will manage.
