The work culture and the fact that the manager is given your whole career in his/her hands to do whatever they wish with it and even the HRs are bribed and sold to the projects they handle that they take no fair action. Even in good renowned projects there are stupid and insecure managers who won't even let you grow. I wish to leavethe organisation soonest possible, just waiting for the right opportunity.
