1. working hours there is no time limit of your shift. 2. Shift timing is changed every week or 2 times in a month. 3. Transport team is very bad. 4. HR said ask your questions but they guys have no answer about Appraisal or Salary increment/ promotion. 5. Appraisal is very bad like 1-5% only.

The only thing I like about working in HCLTech is that the NAME speaks it all. Bass Name kha rahi hai ye ab apna nothing else. Family relatives colony walo ke samne 1 respect create ho jati hai that this person is working in Indian MNC.

Toxic work culture No growth within the organisation. Even after you spend more time then the required time to switch IJP. micromanagement illegally use of authority by senior person Unprofessional behaviour by senior authorities employee HR partner don't listen to employees query and only support the managers in any case. They'll hire you work a X profile and will get you onboarded in a project with requirement of Z profile. This being either for the offshore employees or the bench employees. Appraisal letter is delayed by half a year. WFO is only applicable on Males at NV location as they a policy in which females are required to WFH after 7pm. Although these female employees don't have any problem in staying in campus in case there's any event or DJ night or some celebration kind of thing. Work life balance is great but depends on project and the management. Great choice to Kickstart career for the recent graduate.

No relevance for the LPA mentioned and take-home salary. Too many cuttings and dispersion. Don't expect hike and appraisals every year. Just for name sale they release and provide perks.

Job security, international client base, on-site, decent facilities in office, multiple technologies so you can move internally and learn.

Dislikes

Poor salary hike, people loyal to the company are under appreciated, no mechanism to match the salary of existing employees as per market standards no matter how skilled or certified we are. Lazy employees who are in good books with managers are not questioned leading to more workload on employees who are hard working. Regional politics and use of regional languages by senior management.

It was my first it job and it was terrible. I was in project at the time of my maternity leave.my manager gave me low rating because of my maternity in annual performance and she gave me reason as budget issue.later my hr called me and ask to resign because of low rating.

There is not timing login and logout time restrictions when you go physically to work. But they have a tool to make sure you worked 8 hours a day. Which is good.

Dislikes

The managers don't know how to control their mouth. They talk like how a government employee will misbehave. And HRs are puppets of the managers and DU heads. Very poor env to work. Give you 150% they will treat like you did only 50% and influence your performance bonus badly. Managers take it personally if you talk against their mistake on their face.
