There is not a single point to like about this company, leave policy is pathetic and the upper management makes employees work like factory labourers not like employees.

Everything is disliked work culture, company leave policy managers are ruthless people, they make you work even if you are sick and like hell, there is absolutely no job satisfaction at all. Salary is not salary it is pea nuts and no hikes for several years. This company should close soon otherwise it is ruining peoples careers.

Globiva is worst company to join ,weak management,dirty politics ,unprofessional and egoistic management staff they think employees are their slave .and the worst part is the dirty politics and ratings can tell u more and this is genuine review .And don't trust ur trainer, ur recruiter ,ur hr everyone is just a lier .
