In Globiva there Process is not good. First of all they should must improve there process. The customer's are very disappointed there process and that's why they should not give good ratings.

Partiality among colleagues and less growth opportunity professionally and financially. Also HR Arti, HR Prashant, HR Shivani Silswal, HR Anjali are mostly interested in gossips and corporate politics.

work place is nice and the food and the amenities but not people or the jobs they provide is actually good or reliable.

Dislikes

There is a lot to dislike about this company, at first they will show how reliable they are about your job then will eventually find a reason to fire you. And they have so many reasons, they hire in bulk for their special needs and after their need is done they will throw you out of the company regarding so many reasons that irrelevant. No job security not at all as promised during induction, so many loopholes to deduct salary. Nothing they are cheapters bloody RBL AM sunil was cheapest person and he is a lyar . I was very ill and I also shared medical report pls no one helps me that time OUr team leader was use less Also HR . They Abscone me . I hate this Company 😏😏😏

Very bad environment and worst management and hr. Make employees work for free and never gives salary. Joined last month and never got the salary till now. Worst fraud company ever. Fraud globiva. Never recommend this to anyone or else your future will spoil.

One thing I really enjoyed about working at Globiva was the great team dynamic. I was fortunate to have made some wonderful friends at work and also our TL and seniors were very cooperative and supportive

Dislikes

One area for improvement I experienced during my time at Globiva was the compensation package. I felt that the salary was relatively low…..
