Nothing, the worst management and Team Leader

Dislikes

Team leaders are very unprofessional and rude. Salary is very less. Policies are worst. you will get week offs instead of leave according to their so call policies.

Work Details

They will destroy you peace. They will call you to wake up before atleast 35 mins of your shift even if you are doing work from home. Team leaders will call you at any time and ask anything to do, doesn't matter wherever you are.

I mostly like the environment of workplace and the nature of seniors working there.All are very polite and very freindly to their team agents and really helpfull also.

Dislikes

I really dislike the inscentives plan and also there are very much glitches in swipe in or out and also in their app named Zing HR.And also they are not providing any transport allowance that't the worst thing.

It was fantabulous because of our trainer.They are really so freindly and very calm nature guyz and i also love the nature of senior leaders and manager's and work environment.

I've been kicked out of this great organization, supporting immensely during this pandemic twice. Once I was informed the process has ramped down and was asked to resign forcefully. After a month they rehired to chuck me out again on basis of customer surveys, which is obviously not in any associate's hand. I was informed that I've been unable to receive surveys and hence not meeting the so called parameters, where in I was trained for 2 days only. There is nothing in this unmanaged and unorganized company I have liked about. Most importantly not only I've been removed from the company but have been informed about false insentive which was never paid off. The company has no grounds or ethics. Hire robots instead of humans would be suitable for this organization as they are inhuman and no human with basic ethics could work here. Being jobless during a pandemic might not be a problem of this organization but even the days I've worked I've not been paid for as well, to support the employees of the organization they have removed people spreading wrong information of ramp down and was not paid....Read More

Work Details

It is the worst company I've worked and would never ever recommend any person to work in such a project where you are treated inhumanly. The HR of the company has lied about the ramping down of project.
