I only liked the process I worked for. Also people of other locations than Kolkata are quite good. Atleast they are professionals. They have manners.

Dislikes

The management is worst especially the BHR team. They do not believe in hygiene, job securities is less than zero, they can fire you in the notice period also by giving you the nonsense reasons. If talk about the office politics is it on peak. BHR having gf\bf who is an associate there is wrong in it but it creates biasness. BHR team is worst. ..never seen in any company such BHR. Anyway in such companies don't expect professionalism and a BHR who is actually a BHR....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
