Company has a good client base, and there are client on site and off site working is available according to the project, employee re-hire policy is good, hence a good work life balance culture.

Dislikes

Though fine place to work until you expect a good salary with decent hike every year, although work life is balanced but pressure to achieve the target is always a burden, where quality of work is sacrificed to achieve the numbers every quarter, also its a yearly hike (which they made from july i.e.) which does not go well if you achieve their benchmark as management holds 45% of your annual rating....Read More

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
