Global Logic is a very good company to learn lots of technologies. GL have many client companies like Google, Microsoft, Adobe, T-Mobile, Ericsson, HAPG Lumada etc. All client companies have good tech stack to improve your skills.

Dislikes

Hike is not giving on time, This year ( 2023 ) we are in Q4 still we haven't received hike letter for the current financial year. Also chennai office is not that much big you won't feel like that you are in office so better to select different branch if you are okay with salary package to feel the actual office culture. Apart from this GL is good company.

A pure "Man Power Agency" Please don't consider this company for IT Career, because you wont find one. I can define this too: As like a service employee or like your apartment watchman, you have to log your in time and out time in Excel sheet, Exciting!!!! Isn't It. If u forget, they will question you as in the same way like your 3rd grade teacher.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
