No appraisals, no promotions, and no recognition for the employee's hard work. Work-life balance is totally dependent on the project and the manager. So much office politics, plus they do not have good projects as well. Do not join them; if you do, then ask for more money without hesitation because after entering, you will not get any appraisals.

These folks are insanely crazy in Adobe project. 1: Two 30 min breaks, that too is scheduled by managers, first can be during start of shift and another could be in the end 2: 2 bio breaks that too for 5 minutes and you need to ask in the group (group where clients are also added), sometimes they even deny the bio break requests andask you to sit 3: phones are not allowed, it should be in the locker 4: not allowed to sit with colleagues 5: inhuman behavior, you are forced to work on holidays else you will be expelled 6: managers are so disrespectful and when you take leave, manager will utilize your Earn leaves, they do not fill Casual or sick leave and when ask they threaten and ask to show where it is written in policy 7: for past 7 months, I have only 3 leaves and forced to work on diwali, christmas, new year, rakhi, dussehra, makar sankranti, 15th august.
